On October 1, 2010, TMS became responsible for all parts of the non-emergency medical transportation service in Iowa.
If you qualify for transportation services through Iowa Medicaid Enterprise, you will need to contact TMS for your non-emergency medical transportation. All rides will be scheduled with TMS, and they will coordinate trasportation services with a local transit provider in your area.
