A Friendly reminder about HIRTA's adverse weather policy:
- Customers are responsible for snow removal to make their homes accessible to the HIRTA transit drivers. Drivers are not allowed to assist customers through snow or ice.
- If a customer schedules service knowing that a path has not been cleared to their homes, the trip will be considered a “no-show”, and the “no-show” policy will apply.
