Heart of Iowa Regional Transit Agency with office at Des Moines Int’l. Airport has the above FT position available. 

Qualified candidates must possess a BA/BS in business or public administration, transit planning, or other like field with two years of related experience. Or, prior related experience may be substituted for post high school education at the rate of two years for every year of education.  Knowledge of budgeting, grant and report writing required. Organizational, planning and analytical skills a must.  Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel preferable.
