HIRTA Board of Director meetings are held the fourth Thursday of each month at 9:30 am in the Des Moines International Airport, 5800 Fleur Dr., Cloud Room, Des Moines, Iowa.

HIRTA Board of Directors Meetings are open to all individuals regardless of disability. Any person with a disability requiring a reasonable accommodation to participate in a Board of Directors meeting should contact the HIRTA Office at (515) 309-9280 at least two business days prior to the meeting.
